Stavroula Giannoulatou
The lawyer Stavroula Giannoulatou born in Athens. She graduated from the Athens Law University. In 2000 she was a trainee lawyer at Law Firm Kokkalis-PSARROU and in 2001 continued to exercise in the Legal Department of the Insurance Company under the name "PHOENIX-METROLIFE COMMERCIAL AAE». In 2002 he attended a postgraduate program at the University of Cologne and completed her studies with specialization in Banking and Stock Exchange Law, Bankrecht und Kapitalmarktrecht. Then he returned to Greece and worked in large law firms and in 2004 became a member of the Bar Association Munich and worked for two years in Germany. Sokratis Rammos
He was born in Athens, Greece in 1971 and graduated from the Law Department of the Athens University in 1995. In 1997, he was awarded with the Master of Laws (LLM) by the University of Sheffield, UK, where he concluded his studies in the field of International and Commercial Law, working on his thesis on Environmental Law ("What is the nature of Environmental Law?). He is member of the Athens Bar Association since 1997 and he is working as a lawyer in the entire field of Civil Law. Since 2000, he is Legal Adviser to MTC GROUP (tourism consulting, Marketing and PR company), specializing in drafting and monitoring the company's Puvlic Contracts on legal and administrative level, as well as its contracts with abroad (USA, Spain, Italy, Germay).
As a partner of the Law Office "Giannoulatou & Associates", he handles issues of civil liability of motor accidents, company, family and property law. He speaks English and he has extensively studied the French and Spanish language and civilization.
Styliani Grafiadelli
Born in Athens, she studied at the Law School of Athens and graduated taking her degree with a grade of "Very Good". He holds the Postgraduate Program on "International Economic Financial and Banking Law" of the Department of International and European Studies of Panteion University with elaborated thesis entitled "The institutional development of Corporate Governance and its application in listed and non-Greek companies."
